Why we built this site
Finding an online pharmacy you can actually trust shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Too many sites look legitimate and aren’t, and it’s hard to tell the difference.
So we built a place for honest answers. Every pharmacy is checked against official accreditation lists before it’s published, and every review comes from a real, email-verified person and is checked by a moderator. We never accept payment for ratings, and we never hide a review just because it’s negative.
If a pharmacy treated you well, or didn’t, tell us. Your honest review helps the next person find a safe pharmacy and save money on their prescriptions.
How it works

Tell us about an online pharmacy you have used. Include the website URL and your experience. Medication names are optional—please do not post personal health details.

We screen submissions against public lists from CIPA, LegitScript, and NABP before publishing. Status is dated and rechecked.

Visitors leave email-verified reviews and recommend pharmacies they trust. We treat positive and negative reviews the same under our review policy. We never seed fake reviews.
